Audrey Harrell, M.A., is a therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. Born and raised in Nashville, Audrey earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee before spending nearly a decade working in human resources. However in 2021, she decided to pursue her passion for mental health full-time, returning to school and joining the NOATC team. Since then, she has progressed from administrative assistant to intake coordinator while completing her practicum and internship at the clinic. This hands-on experience deepened her commitment to the center’s mission and its clients. Audrey now holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca University and specializes in evidence-based approaches for OCD and anxiety.
In her practice, Audrey uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She helps clients move from fear-driven responses to embracing life with curiosity and self-compassion. Her goal is to enable individuals to live by their personal values, and help them build resilience alongside uncertainty. Audrey’s warm, humorous, and authentic approach creates a supportive
environment for clients from all backgrounds.
When she’s not in the therapy room, Audrey enjoys cooking, dabbling in art (creating and admiring it), catching a good TV show or movie, or frequenting Nashville’s music and thrift scenes. She cherishes time spent with her husband, Michael, and embraces the beauty in everyday moments—a perspective she brings into her work with clients.
