April is pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lipscomb University. With a strong commitment to mental health and a particular focus on OCD, April is passionate about helping individuals who are struggling with this often misunderstood and stigmatized condition. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where her clients can feel understood and empowered as they work toward reducing the intensity of their symptoms. As she progresses in her training and career, April is excited to continue expanding her competency in OCD treatment and supporting her clients as they take steps toward healing.
When she’s not studying or working with clients, April enjoys cooking new recipes and trying to figure out how to keep her house plants alive. She is supervised by Ben Craft, MS, LPC-MHSP.
